EASY BOW TIE PASTA LASAGNA

Lasagna typically refers to the dish with layers of stacked food, alternating with sauces and meats or vegetables and screw-topped with cheese.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 5 c bow tie pasta
• 3 c. spaghetti sauce
• 1 TBSP olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 c sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Brown ground beef in pan over medium heat and set aside.  
2. Cook bow tie pasta according to directions. 
3. Drain pasta and drizzle with olive oil. 
4. Mix in spaghetti sauce. 
5. Add meat, seasonings, cheese and sour cream. 
6. Fold ingredients together and allow to combine, melt together over low heat for five minutes.
